Shop Policies

Return Policy

Please shop carefully as all sales are final. If you have concerns or reservations about a purchase, please contact us prior to checkout. If, however, you feel an item was grossly misrepresented, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Return requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. We will do our best to reach a resolution that works for both of us. Agreed upon returns are always for shop credit or an immediate exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ordering and Shipping

All orders are processed through Squarespace’s secure server. Payments can be made via PayPal or Credit Card.

We ship worldwide and all orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via Canada Post. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
